The grignette has a distinct creamy colour, 3-blade scoring and bevelled ends. Like all Lubrano products, it is pre-baked on a stone hearth for a crispy crust. This sourdough baguette has a crust sprinkled with flaxseed, sunflower seeds, sesame and grey poppy seeds.
