Nordic Pavé


Its soft brown crumb includes cereals, sunflower seeds, brown & golden flaxseed and millet. The bread-making process includes distinctly long fermentation so as to develop intrinsic aromas and bring delicate flavours to the bread. The use of mild sourdough gives it a honeycomb crumb, and it is pre-baked on a stone hearth for a crispy, caramelised crust.
