NOVEPAN and BIONATIS business cooperation

An alliance at the service of the premium baking trade

With a shared goal to accelerate growth, the leader of NOVEPAN (Jean-Manuel LEVEQUE), together with the leaders of BIONATIS (Jean-Marc AMBROISY and Thierry DELBOSCO), decided on a business collaboration in order for the companies to enjoy mutual development.

Both are expert in their field: NOVEPAN for bread, snack foods and pizzas; BIONATIS for 100% ORGANIC bread.

NOVEPAN is known to professionals under the brand names of GRAIN D’OR GEL and LUBRANO. It has 4 sites in France: Gigean (34), Lomme (59), Dunkirk (59) and Rouen (76).

BIONATIS has been present in Haute-Rivoire (69) since 2001.

Hence the two founding members of BIONATIS have joined the new entity as shareholders, with a market positioning in premium breads, customisation and trade products. There are now 250 employees throughout the 5 industrial sites in France.

Today, the specific and unique expertise of NOVEPAN and BIONATIS in manufacturing customised products for mass distribution, specialist organic stores, out-of-home catering and airline catering, is recognised both in France and internationally.
