Merger of NOVEPAN and Creativ’burger

In order to meet the strong expectations of consumers looking for increasingly high-quality and authentic bakery products, NOVEPAN has decided to join forces with Denis TOUCHARD, founder of CREATIV’BURGER, to combine their skills and expertise.
The NOVEPAN group, known through its brands ATELIERS DU PAIN, BIONATIS, GRAIN D’OR, and LUBRANO, specializes in premium bakery, snacking, and pizza dough products, with six sites located in Montans (81), Rouen (76), Gigean (34), Haute-Rivoire (69), Lomme (59), and Dunkirk (59).

CREATIV’BURGER, based in Rezé (44), near Nantes, has developed a production process for high-quality premium burger buns, also offering hot dog buns and mini burger buns. Since its creation in 2016, the company has experienced strong growth, with current revenue close to €4 million. Denis Touchard, supported by a skilled and motivated team of about 15 employees, will remain highly involved in operations within the new structure.
NOVEPAN is a unique and specific player in the sector, positioned in the premium bakery and responsible sourcing segments. The group has recognized expertise in producing tailor-made products for large retailers, specialty stores, and out-of-home catering, both in France and internationally. It relies on continuous innovation and high responsiveness to serve its clients.

Each of the group’s companies, all deeply rooted in their respective regions, maintains a human scale and a close relationship with both customers and employees.
This is a major new step for NOVEPAN in building a leading premium, organic, and CRC® bakery group.

“Avoiding isolation to stay creative by collaborating with partners who, like us, care deeply about delivering quality to their customers! That’s what drove this decision to join NOVEPAN!” — Denis TOUCHARD

“We are very pleased with this merger with CREATIV’BURGER, which brings real complementary know-how in a fast-growing product category.” — Jean-Manuel LEVEQUE
