Local sourcing
We are committed to supporting local suppliers located within an 80 km radius to strengthen the regional economy while reducing our carbon footprint linked to the transport of goods.
Responsible consumption and production
Waste Reduction and Sorting
We are taking action to reduce our environmental impact by installing recycling bins and a compactor, which significantly reduces the volume of cardboard to 3.2 tons and plastic packaging to 2 tons per year. This waste is then collected and processed by DERICHEBOURG for recycling. Our packaging bags are also recyclable by restaurant customers
Good health and well-being
Elimination of Additives
Since 2018, we have gradually replaced and then eliminated all additives in our products. Furthermore, we are committed to not using palm oil to contribute to the fight against deforestation.
