The smell of warm bread, the flash of the camera, a table filled with fresh and colorful ingredients… Welcome behind the scenes of our photoshoots!

We have to admit, our photoshoots are when we have the most fun imagining delicious and original recipes with our products. And because we're nice, we've decided to share a few of our favorite creations with you.
The idea? To inspire you, show you all the possibilities our products offer, and, of course, make you want to feature them for your customers.

The Massip and its Tartines

We're starting with one of our favorite products: the Massip, straight from Ateliers du Pain! With its generous size and signature polka dot scoring, it's the star of large tables and buffets. Ideal as a cutting loaf for hotels or served in generous slices at the table, it also keeps incredibly well. And to prove it, here are four "tartine" (open-faced sandwich) ideas that are sure to be a sensation.

 

 

 

 

Salmon and Cucumber Tartine :

  • Ingredients : Plain cream cheese, a few half-slices of cucumber, a beautiful slice of rolled smoked salmon, and a few sprigs of fresh dill.
  • The express recipe : Spread generously, arrange harmoniously, and it's ready! A simple and effective classic that works every time.

Cheese Lover's Tartine :

  • Ingredients : Garlic and herb cream cheese, pieces of brie, goat cheese, and a bold blue cheese. For the final touch, some walnuts, a few leaves of lamb's lettuce, and redcurrants for a touch of acidity.
  • The express recipe : Spread the cheese base, then arrange the different cheeses. Sprinkle with walnuts, lamb's lettuce, and redcurrants for a result that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.

Breakfast tartine :

  • Ingredients : Plain cream cheese, half a cooked quail egg, a slice of crispy bacon, a cherry tomato, a few leaves of lamb's lettuce, and grated hard-boiled egg for the topping.
  • The express recipe : On a base of cream cheese, assemble all the ingredients to create a hearty and complete tartine, perfect for breakfast or brunch menus.

Red Berry Tartine :

  • Ingredients : Plain cream cheese, fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and redcurrants. The little extra? A homemade, lightly lemon-flavored whipped cream, a few mint leaves, and lime zest.
  • The express recipe : After spreading the cream cheese on the bread, arrange the red berries. Add dollops of whipped cream, then decorate with mint and zest. A fresh and light dessert on the go!

"Taste of Italy" Pizza with the Classic Dough

Who doesn't love a good pizza? Our classic dough from Grain d’Or is a pizza maker's best friend: easy to roll out, it maintains its traditional appearance for a perfect result every time. Here is our recipe that smells of Italy and sunshine.

 

Ingredients :

  • 1 classic pizza dough ball
  • High-quality tomato sauce
  • Mozzarella
  • Fresh mushrooms
  • Peppers (red, yellow, and/or green)
  • Dry-cured ham (prosciutto)
  • Black olives

Steps to follow :

  1. Roll out the dough on your work surface.
  2. Spread it generously with tomato sauce.
  3. Arrange the mozzarella, then the sliced mushrooms and peppers.
  4. Bake until the crust is golden and the cheese is nicely melted.
  5. Upon removal from the oven, add the slices of dry-cured ham and a few olives. Serve immediately!

A Stylish Brioche Hot Dog

Forget everything you know about hot dogs! Our Creativ’Burger brioche bun, with its ultra-soft crumb and golden crust, brings a touch of sweetness and refinement. It's perfect for revamping this street-food classic.

 

Ingredients :

  • 1 brioche hot dog bun
  • 1 sausage
  • Your choice of sauce (mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, etc.)
  • Crispy fried onions

 

Steps to follow :

  1. Slit the bun two-thirds of the way through.
  2. Squeeze a line of sauce into the bottom of the bun.
  3. Gently place the hot sausage inside.
  4. Add a second sauce in a zigzag pattern on top for a cool visual effect.
  5. Sprinkle generously with crispy fried onions for crunch.
  6. Enjoy!

The Nordic Salmon and Avocado Sandwich

With its characteristic dark color, airy crumb, and crispy crust thanks to its pre-baking on a stone sole, our Nordic sandwich bread is the star of our Lubrano range.

 

Ingredients :

  • 1 Nordic sandwich bread
  • Plain cream cheese
  • Half an avocado, sliced
  • A nice slice of smoked salmon
  • A few sprigs of dill

 

Steps to follow :

  1. Slice the bread open.
  2. Spread both sides generously with cream cheese.
  3. Arrange the avocado slices on the base.
  4. Add the smoked salmon and dill.
  5. Close and enjoy! A fresh, healthy, and delicious sandwich!
