Bionatis was created in 2002 in the Monts du Lyonnais by Jean-Marc Ambroisy (baker) and Thierry Delbosco. Both are committed to organic farming, with a focus on healthy eating and respect for the environment. What do they offer? Premium organic bread baked in a stone hearth oven with sourdough produced on site.

- A blend of wheat and spelt flours: our raw materials are sourced locally.

- French spelt sourdough: adds a slight acidity and a nutty flavour.

- Gentle rolling: ensures the crumb is well-celled and the crust is fine and crisp.

- Made in France: 100% of our flours come from French wheat grown in the Auvergne - Rhône - Alpes region.
